M&M Event Rentals, a Dubin Clark Portfolio Company, Announces the Acquisition of All Seasons Event Rental
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas, All Seasons operates from large, state-of-the-art facility, renting tents and components, bleachers, scaffolding, staging, tables, chairs, linens, table top items, catering equipment, lighting and décor, and other special event-related equipment to a commercial clientele, including corporate accounts, sporting events, universities, caterers, event planners, special event venues and festivals.
