Ronald N. Dubin

Founding partner of Dubin Clark. Ron is a marketing-oriented entrepreneur who has started and built several private companies. President, Locke Mowers, Inc.; Founder & President, Dolphin Trade Corp., and Office Canteens. Ron has had a career of guiding companies to compete successfully for market share against larger corporations. He received a B.A. from Williams College and subsequently served in the U.S. Air Force.

J. Thomas Clark

Founding partner of Dubin Clark. Prior to joining Dubin Clark, Tom spent most of his business career working in and running a wide range of small to medium-sized manufacturing companies. Division President, Albany International; President, Poly-Hi/Menasha Corporation. Tom received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Cornell University (where he has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees) and subsequently served in the U.S. Army.

John Campanelli (Operations / Specialty Rental)

20-year career at RR Donnelley, ending as President of printing division. Former CEO of Classic Party Rentals during Dubin Clark’s ownership. Former President of Polygon North America & Asia CEO and BOD of SGA Production Services (DC portfolio company). BOD of PPC Event Services and M&M Event Rentals (DC portfolio companies) former BOD of Johnny on the Spot (former DC portfolio company). 

Mark W. Pasterik (Finance / Specialty Rental)

Former executive for Classic Party Rentals (former DC portfolio company). Formerly interim CFO of RPUI (DC portfolio company). CFO and BOD of PPC Event Services and BOD of BBj Rentals (DC portfolio companies), and CFO and BOD of Quest Events (former PVB portfolio company).

Chip Smith (Operations / Government)

Served 24 years with U.S. Secret Service, Special Agent in Charge of New York Field Office and Presidential Protective Division. Former Chief Security Officer for BNY Mellon. BOD of Action Target (DC portfolio company) and Interim CEO 2013-14.

Joe E. Taylor, Jr. (Operations / Government)

Served as Secretary of Commerce for the State of SC 2006-11. Former CEO and Founder of Southland Log Homes, Inc. (former DC portfolio company), and BOD of Airoom (former DC portfolio company).

Tom Frey (Operations / Strategic)

Hank Taylor (Government / Aerospace & Defense)

33-year career in U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force (Retired Brigadier General). Formerly Vice Director for Logistics, J-4 on Joint Staff at Pentagon. Served as Vice President of Global Business Development for three-county Charleston Regional Development Alliance.  Served at South Carolina Department of Commerce. Sherrill Speers (Finance)

Former CFO positions with Wellington Cordage, Grand Eagle Companies, and The Morgan Crucible Company. 17 years as a GE financial manager.
