Dubin Clark announces the Promotion of Brent Paris to Managing Partner
Dubin Clark today announced the promotion of Brent Paris to Managing Partner. Mr. Paris has been involved in closing more than 40 transactions during his tenure at Dubin Clark and currently runs our Florida office.
“Brent has been an invaluable member of the team now for more than 16 years and a key part of the Firm’s success in that time,” said Tom Caracciolo, Managing Partner of Dubin Clark. “We hope everyone will join us in congratulating him in his new position.”
Mr. Paris, 47, joined the Firm in 2001 as an Associate and quickly rose to Partner in 2004. Mr. Paris received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, an M.B.A. in Finance & Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, an M.S. in Taxation from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and has a CPA. Mr. Paris serves on the Boards of five of Dubin Clark’s portfolio companies and the Association for Corporate Growth, is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and is an advocate for Habitat for Humanity.
