Jim Monaco joined Dubin Clark in 2016. Primarily focused on origination and deal execution, Jim also supports the monitoring and growth of current portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Dubin Clark, Jim worked at Prudential Capital Group in New York, where he assisted with investments in senior debt, mezzanine debt, and private equity in middle market companies, covering a variety of industries. While at Prudential Capital Group, Jim analyzed and executed transactions related to debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts.
Jim serves on the board of directors of Daystar Products International.
Jim received a B.S. in Management, magna cum laude, from Boston College with a dual concentration in finance and accounting. In his spare time, Jim enjoys cycling, traveling, and college sports.
