Dubin Clark, via an affiliated investment vehicle and in partnership with Gemini Investors and Harbert Mezzanine Partners, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Quest Events, LLC to Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison and Tonka Bay Equity Partners in partnership with Quest management, led by CEO and Founder Lee Dunlap.
"We were excited to enter into a partnership with Quest in 2011," said Brent Paris, who lead the transaction. "Together with management, we were successful in opening four new locations and closing six add-on acquisitions in less than four years. Having exceeded our growth objectives, we felt the time had come to find another partner for the company."
