Dubin Clark announces it has backed management in the recapitalization of Powerhouse Maintenance
Dubin Clark & Company, Inc. in conjunction with management, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of Powerhouse Maintenance. The Company’s former owners will remain active at Powerhouse — Ken Roy will stay on as President, and both Todd and James Roy will serve as Vice Presidents.
“We at Dubin Clark are enthusiastic about partnering with the Roy brothers to continue the growth trajectory of this trio of businesses,” said Mike Hompesch, Partner of Dubin Clark. “Powerhouse is a market leader in the New York metro area and has a strong reputation in the industry. Together with management, our focus will be on expanding the geographic footprint, adding ancillary services, and hiring additional employees.”
“We are thrilled to be working with Dubin Clark as a strategic partner for our planned regional expansion,” said James Roy, Vice President of Powerhouse. “Dubin Clark’s experience in the service industry space enhanced our confidence in selecting them as a partner. For over 50 years, the Roy family has had a strong definition of what it means to do business the right way; our experience with Dubin Clark thus far makes us look forward to a great partnership that will benefit our customers, our employees, and our industry. We know that our group of companies will continue to lead our industry space with Dubin Clark’s assistance.”
