Dubin Clark announces it has backed management in the recapitalization of BBJ Linen
Dubin Clark & Company, Inc. in conjunction with management, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of BBJ Rentals, Inc. d/b/a BBJ Linen. One of the Company’s former owners, Doron Levy, will remain active at BBJ as its CEO.
“BBJ is the leading specialty linen rental company in North America, which was very attractive to Dubin Clark based on our prior experience in the Specialty Rental Industry,” said Brent Paris, Partner of Dubin Clark. “Bonnie Dannen and Judy Goldberg, two of the original founders, built an innovative company focused on the customer. We look forward to backing Doron Levy as CEO and the rest of the management team in continuing to build upon BBJ’s success.”
“When finding a strategic partner that aligns not only its fiscal strategy, but also recognizes the value of a team, I did not have to look any further than Dubin Clark,” said Doron Levy, CEO of BBJ. “For close to five years, I have been the CEO of BBJ Linen, driving positive results through my management style and identifying top talent from within. These core values resonate with both of our organizations, making this a true partnership. As one, we will continue to make BBJ Linen the premier specialty linen provider with trendsetting fashions and unparalleled operations”
BBJ Rentals, founded in 1983 and headquartered in Niles, Illinois (approximately 30 miles outside of Chicago), is an industry-leading provider of special event linen rental products and services to weddings, social and corporate events in the United States.
