Peak Event Services, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, announces the acquisition of J.G. Willis, Inc.
Peak Event Services, Inc. has completed its third acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark, acquiring Jesse G. Willis, Inc. d/b/a J.G. Willis, Inc.
Headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, J.G. Willis has provided tents, canopies, heaters, lighting, and dance floors across New England for over 50 years. The company is well known for its premium selection of tents and canopies, including a broad range of sizes, shapes, colors, and styles.
