Advanced Pavement Group, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, announces the recapitalization of Easmunt Paving and Dan Malloy Paving
Advanced Pavement Group Corp. (“APG”) has completed its third and fourth acquisitions since partnering with Dubin Clark, acquiring Easmunt Paving, Inc. (“Easmunt Paving”) in April and Dan Malloy Paving, Inc. (“Dan Malloy Paving”) in July.
Easmunt Paving, founded in 1973 and headquartered in Millville, NJ, is a leading provider of commercial, industrial, municipal and residential services with asphalt paving, grading and milling services to customers in South Jersey.
Bruce Easmunt, President of Easmunt Paving, will remain as President of APG’s South Jersey branch. Bruce is the latest addition to a leadership team with a combined 130 years of industry experience. “It was time to explore the next chapter in Easmunt’s story. Becoming part of Advanced Pavement Group solidifies a strategy for growth and provides expanded opportunities for our employees,” said Bruce. “We felt it was important that we align with an organization where the talents of our people could be amplified”

Dan Malloy Paving, founded in 1939 and headquartered in Downingtown (Philadelphia), PA, is a full-service asphalt paving provider to commercial, township, and municipal customers in Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Lancaster counties.
Bob Bureski, President of Dan Malloy Paving, will remain as President of APG’s Southeastern Pennsylvania branch. “The time came to make an important decision regarding the future of Dan Malloy Paving and our amazing team. It was crucial that the next chapter involved providing additional opportunities for our employees and increased value for our customers,” shared Bob. “I am confident that becoming part of Advanced Pavement Group will ensure that we meet those goals.”

These are the latest acquisitions in APG’s strategic expansion in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. APG and its family of companies have been providing pavement installation and maintenance services to the New York metropolitan, central New Jersey, Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Northeastern Maryland areas. The addition of Easmunt Paving and Dan Malloy Paving represents the expansion of APG’s geographical reach into the South Jersey and Philadelphia metropolitan areas.
