Matt Broullire (broi-yer) joined Dubin Clark in 2016 and is a Vice President focusing on business development and deal execution. He also assists with the monitoring and growth of current portfolio companies
Prior to joining Dubin Clark, Matt worked at KPMG where he was a senior associate in the firm’s audit practice. While at KPMG, Matthew led audit teams while providing attest services for a mix of public and privately-held institutions. He was also the Chairman of the Jacksonville Senior Council, a national instructor, and regional leader of the firm’s IDEA data and analytics initiative.
Matt serves on the board of directors of EMPI.
Matt is an M.B.A. candidate at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, received a B.B.A in accounting from the University of Georgia, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys traveling, college football, and reading.
