Chip Smith was previously the Chief Security Officer for BNY Mellon. Prior to BNY Mellon, Chip had a 24-year career with the United States Secret Service, culminating with his role as Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Fedora Security Holding Company.

Chip served as an interim Chairman of Action Target (Dubin Clark).

Chip earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from West Chester University.
