Daystar Products International, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, announces the recapitalization of Tuff Country EZ-Ride Suspension
Daystar Products International (“Daystar”) has completed its third acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark, announcing the recapitalization of TCI, LLC d/b/a Tuff Country EZ-Ride Suspension (“Tuff Country”).
Founded in 1988 and headquartered in West Jordan, Utah, Tuff Country develops and manufactures a premier line up of the market’s strongest and most reliable suspension kits. Daystar and Tuff Country products are developed, engineered and manufactured in the USA.
