Dubin Clark worked with DPB’s management team to define and pursue several key growth initiatives, including (i) direct-to-consumer sales; (ii) new product introductions (introduced more than 500 new products over a five-year period); and (iii) outsourced product to lower cost basis and drive margins. The company also completed five add-ons.
