Will Scott is a strategic thought leader in the transportation industry, having served in executive roles within the public and private sectors.

Will has over 40 years of experience including roles as President and Chief Operations Officer of Professional Transit Management, Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Services for Ryder Public Transportation Services, and Executive Vice President of ATE Management and Service Co. He began his career with Ford Motor Company and Xerox. He now has a consulting practice that provides talent acquisition, strategic planning, executive coaching and board training and development services.

Will serves as a board member of USSC (Dubin Clark) and has also served on numerous non-profit boards. Among other awards, he is the recipient of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials Lifetime Achievement Award.

Will earned a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Virginia State University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
