CE Rental, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, announces the recapitalization of Distinctive Event Rentals
CE Rental, Inc. (headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina) has completed its sixth acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark, announcing the recapitalization of Distinctive Event Rentals, Inc. (Chesapeake, Virginia).
Founded in 1992, Distinctive Event Rentals is known as the premier provider of corporate and social special event rentals – delivering quality china; specialty linens; and a wide variety of tables, chairs, staging, tents, and more for the region’s top caterers, event planners, resorts, venues, and event professionals. Featuring a veteran and dedicated team, Distinctive’s event specialists are well known for working closely with their clients through each step of the planning process.
“This partnership enables CE Rental to continue serving the entire Southeastern U.S. as the leader for one-stop special event services,” said Brent Paris, Managing Partner at Dubin Clark. “The increased network density will allow the company to better serve the fast-growing Virginia Beach area with the latest products and services for special events.”
