BOSTON, MA & JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL – July 21, 2021 – Dubin Clark, a private equity firm focused on building niche market leaders in the lower middle-market, announced today it has created a new holding company, Super Home Services, to invest in Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control (“Evergreen” or the “Company”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Evergreen is a leading provider of residential lawn spray and pest control services throughout the Central Florida region. The Company’s service offerings include lawn spray services, tree and shrub services, pest control, termite treatment, and mosquito control services. Since its founding in 1991, Evergreen has established a reputation for quality, excellence, and high customer satisfaction. The Company is headquartered in Apopka, Florida with three additional locations in Orlando, Leesburg, and Debary, Florida.
